With family running local service businesses and close friends building their own independent brands, we saw the same painful pattern over and over again: brilliant service, but missed opportunities.

The real spark came when we watched a family member growing their business. We watched them focused on delivering for a client while their phone rang off the hook. They couldn't stop what they were doing to answer, and as they put it, "I could be growing my revenue, but I’m too busy serving the people I already have".
